After you "submit" the application, you will get an email requesting your electronic signature.

Through the online signature process, you will be able to upload files. Please upload:

  • 2 most recent paystubs, and/or

  • New Job Offer Letter, and/or

  • Last year's W-2 (if your job and the pay is the same)

RENTERS INSURANCE

Each tenant is required to obtain and maintain renter’s insurance for the duration of the lease.

  • No security deposit; one-time flat admin fee ($300 if no-pets, $500 if you have a pet).
    Pets are subject to breed restrictions.

  • $40 application fee per application (non-refundable)

  • Each tenant 18+ who will be living in the unit must submit an application, and be included on the Lease

  • The apartment is not considered "off the market" until applications are approved and payments to hold the unit are received. Payments are due within 48hrs of application approval, and instructions to submit them online will follow via email if your complete application is approved. Unless otherwise verbalized, requested payments after approval will be: first full month's rent and admin fee.
